Butterfly Release

The hospice house in Jonesboro does a butterfly release every year for the patients that passed in that year. Irene had called me about it and didn't know if she could go alone. So Mack and I went up there to spend the afternoon with her and go to this event. It was easier than I thought it would be. But Irene is definitely not in a good place. I'm worried about her, but she's not one to burden anyone else with her feelings. The hospice house surprised everyone with two butterflies in each pouch rather than one, and Irene was definitely surprised.

After the release, we went to Andy's for icecream and then Mack and I made our way back to Searcy. But of course we had to stop on the side of the road where this cool grass was growing.
